Have you always wanted to bake bread, but weren’t sure where to start? Maybe you’ve baked a few loaves at home, and you’re ready want to level up?

In this hands-on workshop, Kerry will demystify the world of natural fermentation using stone-milled local grains. We will demonstrate starter maintenance and slow fermentation as you learn a versatile dough that can be used for a wide variety of bread - from crusty boules to sandwich loaves. You will leave with a solid foundation on sourdough maintenance, your own culture, a loaf to bake at home, and the confidence to go forth and bake with PRIDE & WILD ABANDON.

Participants will leave the class with:
  Your own sourdough starter
  2 lb fresh-milled flour
  A loaf ready to bake at home
  A proofing basket
