Have you always wanted to bake bread, but weren’t sure where to start? Maybe you’ve baked a few loaves at home, but want to level up?

Join Kerry from Night Moves and Kim Chaurette from Rover Bagel as we demystify the world of natural fermentation using stone-milled local grains. We will demonstrate starter maintenance and slow fermentation as you learn a versatile dough that can be used for crusty hearth loaves, sandwich bread, pizza, and bagels. You will leave with a solid foundation of how to maintain a sourdough culture as well as a loaf to bake at home and the confidence to bake with pride.

Light refreshments provided. Non-refundable.

Participants will leave the class with:
  Your own sourdough starter
  1 lb fresh-milled flour
  A loaf ready to bake at home
  A proofing basket
